Who we are
ESUS is a founder-led company building the backend that healthcare software should have had a decade ago. The scope is deliberately narrow: a FHIR R4–compliant, HIPAA-aligned platform that lets medical software teams ship fast without inheriting infrastructure debt, compliance complexity, or security shortcuts. The company is currently operated by its founder, Juan Manuel Panozzo Zenere (Concordia, Entre Ríos, Argentina), as a natural-person-operated venture. A Limited Liability Company is in formation and will assume all operations, contracts, and obligations upon incorporation; existing customers and partners will be notified in advance and all commitments will continue uninterrupted under the successor entity.
Our mission
Healthcare software has been slow to modernize. Integrations are painful, security is often an afterthought, and developers inherit decades of technical debt before they can write their first line of business logic. Our mission is for ESUS to become the infrastructure default — a platform that sets the quality floor for medical technology, so every team building in healthcare inherits security, interoperability, and developer experience without having to build those layers from scratch.
How we work
We build in focused iterations, ship on a short cadence, and obsess over the details most teams gloss over. Security, auditability, and multi-tenant isolation are product-level commitments, not add-ons. Every architectural decision is documented; every customer-impacting change is announced with notice; every incident is reviewed and shared transparently with affected customers.
Governance and legal status
Until the LLC is incorporated, Juan Manuel Panozzo Zenere, acting in a personal capacity, is the sole party responsible for the platform's operation, contracts, and obligations. This structure is fully disclosed in our Privacy Policy, where the LLC transition and successor-in-interest clause are publicly committed to.
