Introducing MyClinic: Your Practice, Made Simple — With AI on Your Side

If you see patients, you already know the part nobody taught you in school: the schedule that drifts out of order, the notebook of session notes that vanishes and reappears, the appointments coordinated over WhatsApp at eleven at night, and that feeling that half your day goes to tasks that aren’t actually seeing patients.

We built MyClinic for exactly that. An app for the professional who wants to run an organized practice without becoming a software expert, without endless spreadsheets, and without systems designed for thousand-bed hospitals.

And the best part: you can use it today, for free.

What is MyClinic?

MyClinic is a web app for healthcare professionals —psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, pediatricians, and anyone who keeps their own patient roster— that brings together the three things you actually use every day: your schedule, your patients, and your clinical notes.

Under the hood, MyClinic runs on ESUS Health, our healthcare platform. That means your data lives in a serious, secure backend with real clinical standards — but you don’t have to think about any of that. You open the app and work. We already solved the hard part.

It’s built in Rioplatense Spanish, end to end. No awkward translations, no technical jargon: the buttons say what they do.

A schedule that runs itself

You open MyClinic and the first thing you see is your week. On desktop, a clear week grid; on your phone, the day timeline so you can see at a glance what’s ahead.

  • Add an appointment in seconds.
  • If two overlap, it gives you a gentle heads-up — it doesn’t block you, because real life is sometimes like that.
  • Every appointment is tied to its patient, so you’re never hunting for who “the 3 o’clock” was.

No training. No manual. It just makes sense.

Public booking: let patients book themselves

This is the one that will change your day the most.

MyClinic gives you your own booking link to share anywhere — your Instagram bio, WhatsApp, your email signature. Your patient opens it, sees your free slots, and books the appointment themselves — no messaging you, no waiting for a reply, none of that “do you have Tuesday?” back-and-forth.

You wake up and the appointment is already on your calendar. Fewer messages, fewer gaps, more of your time back.

Your patients and their history, in one place

Every patient has a record: their details, their appointments, and their notes, all organized into tabs. No more “which notebook did I write that in?”

And the clinical notes are built the way you actually work, using the SOAP format (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan). A nice touch: when you save the first note for an appointment, the appointment is automatically marked as seen. One less step for you.

Need to take your data with you? Export your patients, your appointments, or your schedule to CSV whenever you want. It’s yours, always.

AI that writes with you (not for you)

We didn’t add AI to slap on a trendy label. We put it exactly where it saves you time:

  • It helps you draft the note. Feed it your loose notes from the session and it hands back a tidy SOAP draft, ready for you to review and adjust. You always have the final word.
  • It summarizes the patient for you. Before a visit, instead of re-reading months of notes, the AI builds a summary of the history in seconds.

The idea is simple: let the technology handle the tedious part so you can focus on the person in front of you.

Installable like a real app

MyClinic installs on your phone or computer like any app: add it to your home screen and it opens full-screen, no browser bars in the way. One tap and you’re in.

Nothing to download from any store, no manual updates. You always have the latest version.

Free to start — genuinely

Today MyClinic is free for everyone. It’s not a stripped-down demo or a 14-day trial: it’s the full app, so you can truly organize your practice from day one.

Down the road we’ll add a Pro plan for those who need more, but the free plan is here to stay — and to be generous. Start with no card, no commitment, and no fine print.

Built on a serious foundation

MyClinic is simple on the outside precisely because it’s solid on the inside. It runs on ESUS Health, our clinical platform built on international standards (FHIR). Translation: your data is well kept, it’s yours, and down the line it can talk to other health systems instead of being trapped on an island.

You don’t need to understand any of that to use MyClinic. But it’s good to know that behind that calm interface is a platform built to last.

Try it today

Get your schedule in order, let your patients book themselves, and take the paperwork off your plate — with AI lending a hand along the way.
